I use pure hydrate after my gym sessions, but especially after my long runs in this 100+ degree heat. I can instantly feel my body refueling after my first couple of sips. This taste is great. I used to take bucked up’s woke af and after taking this stuff for the past couple weeks I took woke af to test it and felt low on energy, this stuff gives you energy throughout your whole workout, not just the first 40 mins.
