This shirt arrived with some tiny slits in it so I simply replied to my order email letting them know (including some pics showing the issue). They replied within 30 mins with a return shipping label, apologized, and said they'll send a new one once I send in the damaged product. I've bought six of these shirts and love their fit and feel.
