I am very impressed with the customer service at Dylan Oaks. I ordered 2 of the allure gold bracelets for Christmas gifts. Both in the larger size. They were shipped quickly. But when they arrived one of the bracelets was the smaller size. I emailed customer support and they responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue. Very professional and helpful.
