My experience was amazing, the sales girl, which i forgot the name and I hate myself for it, was the sweetest and she would probably convince me to by rocks, actual rocks.

When I walk in everybody was so nice they came over to me and ask could they help me the lady was very helpful of what I got I will return to your shop lovely experience

Ordered and had it 2 days later. I did not open it until I gave as gift as it was wrapped beautifully. Only thing when it was opened the chain was ib knots took about 15 minutes to unravel but my daughter was delighted with the chain

Very impressed with this product. This was bought as a present. My friend loved it. The packaging was fab aswell. Would definitely order from dylan oaks again. They where great to deal with as I asked to change the colour and it was no issue.

If i get the right tennis gold bracelet i would have loved it, i sent it back so for Christmas got no bracelet or no money back will never order from ye ever very despondent

Bought Dylan Oaks necklace & gold bracelet two days before Christmas as a gift to my daughter, it arrived within 24hours of placing order & I received plenty of emails with updates on delivery times etc... Absolutely love the necklace , I really feel like the packaging could be so much nicer as it is such a sentimental gift to get someone and also to receive and if the packaging was maybe a bit fancier it would make the gift that bit extra special I as felt the packaging was a bit cheap

I went to the swords branch last minute looking for a pair of earings that were delicate but suitable for the event i was attending. I was met with the most welcoming staff that were so helpful. They took on what i was saying and picked the most amazing pair for me to wear on the day and i loved them
