My expectations were high but when I received the product they were lowered. I ordered the canvas without frame. The painting is beautiful, however, it was removed from its frame and the canvas had imperfections at each corner. It took quite a bit of work to make it presentable as a gift.

Artwork took longer than expected to receive, as it was shipped from over-seas (unexpected). The company itself shows to be in the US. I did have to reach out to customer service several times to get updates on delivery via email.
The artwork itself is beautiful and looks great in the designated space.
