When I received my back oder realized I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer support. They sent me a shipping label. I sent the socks off and in a few days. They sent me replacements. Great quality. Really warm and keep my feet dry. My only complaint would be the length. I bought the boot socks. I’m a size 9.5 shoe and went by their sizing chart. I’m 5’6 and I have to fold the top of the sock over otherwise it would be above my knee. Just a warning for shorter guys like myself. Otherwise I’d highly recommend. I’ll def be buying more in the future, I’ll just adjust my order size to get the right length.

I’ve used hollow socks and willow ace and both are great but for the cost willowace is a winner. Also more comfortable and seem to be more durable. The hollow socks left my feet with black fuzz at the end of the day. Time will be the real test but so far so good.

You would think they are going to be warm on your feet but not in the least bit. Enjoy wearing them all day long even in 90+ degree days. Feet stay warm but never hot. When you pull them off at the end of the day they don’t stick to your feet like all others that I’ve had. Just got them two weeks ago so I can’t attest to how long they will last yet. I am curious how they are going to do in cold weather, which is really why I tried them. I have worn merino wool socks in the winter for years. I don’t enjoy cold feet!

I work a 48 hour shift, sometimes we are boots on for more hours at a time anyone would like. The Woolace socks do not have that stink we are all too familiar with. In a station with 12 guys, odor can be an issue. These socks dry fast and don't feel hot in the Texas heat. I now wear these on duty and off. These are the Best socks I have found.

The socks are great. This is my second order. They provide good support. They are a little tight at the top of the calf, then again I have large legs. I had to exchange the first order for the next larger size. My second order took a very long time to be shipped. Better communication to customers explaining the delay would have been nice, no contact until I initiated it. Overall the quality of the product made the wait frustrating but worth it.

I am writing a review for a purchase of 5 pair of socks: 3 crew, 1 ankle, and 1 boot. These WillowAce Alpaca socks are great. I would say that I am fairly particular about the socks that I wear after spending my youth doing farm and construction work and 21 years in the Army (Infantry). WillowAce socks feel good, wick away moisture, and don't feel too tight or compressive like some others do. They are a great purchase.

I used the Alpaca socks on a 7 mí hike today. It was rainy and the ground was wet so that means my feet were also. I was never cold and the socks dried out quickly once we were done. The only thing I would say is the boot socks are over kill. Calf height is fine for most boots, even tall ones. I will order again.
