I've been wearing them for normal use mostly, and they've been good. But today I went on a short 6 mile hike, and they were great. No rubbing, wet feet, blisters, etc., just a really good sock for the hike. I usually wear Merino wool socks, but I think these did better. These socks are thinner, and not as bulky on your feet, and very comfortable.

Sorry no video, BUT, the willow ace socks are the best socks EVER! I wear them each day in fall and winter and any cool day. They are warm, dry comfortable, keep their position when worn! I've worn a few times and I've been very happy. Very soft and comfortable. Warmer than sheep's wool, but still very breathable. I wish it was cut a little lower but I bought them knowing they'd ride a little higher so not really a complaint, more so a suggestion. These will be great to wear in colder weather activities but still a great pair in warmer temps. The wicking more than offsets the added warmth.

Got these for my dad to wear during work and he loves them. I don't recommend but he heard that the scent doesn't pick up on socks from my hiking (smelly) shoes, he decided to test that and wore them for 3 days to work and said no smell on socks. Was told they are as comfortable as the ankle socks and are good to stay warm when cold, or cool when it's warm. Like me with the ankle socks, he also hasn't had his feet sweat since beginning to wear over the last 2 weeks.

Excellent cold weather, hiking socks! Tested at the Grand Canyon in 32 degree weather (.5 C), I purchased the crew socks. Very comfortable and wear well while hiking. We walked 6 miles from the Visitors Center to the El Tovar Hotel. Was able to sleep comfortably in 32 degree weather and my feet were warm through the nights. Took a little long to get them, but along with being a quality sock they also perform like a compression fitted sock and has helped me with improved circulation. Also during my order, the website had a glitch when I pressed submit after ordering. I receive my confirmation and found that my size was altered.
