These are great and very effective for what they're intended. Plastic and nylon parts feel very strong and overall study construction. Excellent as both D-handles and for tricep pulldown handles providing a superior grip to holding the cable & carabiner.

Rock solid handles, I’ve been using them for a bunch of different exercises I’m really happy with them so far. The handle diameter is perfect and it forces my forearms to work harder than usual on pulling movements, the knurl is pretty aggressive too so zero chance of slipping. My favorite exercise is probably cable chest flys using these, the rotating grip really helps.

These are much better than the standard xable handles. They are an absolute neccesaity for hammer grip cable excercises. The knurled grip being the same size as a barbell helps with form. The end connectors do get in tge way for some grips but that could be me learning to use them.

Useful adaptor makes using a landmine attachment much more flexible. I found landmine rows awkward because the diameter of the weights got in the way and the bar would come up between my legs. Using the Uclip allows me to attach a handle or grip and gives me a bit of stand-off to the bar, allowing a longer movement.

I love this little piece of equipment. I was looking to work my forearms and this is a great device for that. You can work your hands, forearms and wrists in so many ways and it is more interesting than a regular dumbell.

It's ok and does the primary job it's made for.. It's not the best quality, knurling feels and looks cheap, it's very shiny and blingy as well in person. Has two massive ugly washers on the bottom of each handle making it look more cheap.. Don't think I'm a big fan of the rotating handles over the standard rotating centre peace, it doesn't feel right, it's certainly not a better idea/design in my opinion.

The handle feels nice in my hands. I do have a problem with how short the band is. With it being 3 to 4 inches shorter then my other sets of handles so when I do some exercises it hits the back of my wrist. Making me use my other handle for some exercises. Not wanting to keep switching them I went back to using my other handles. But these look nice hanging on the board on the machine.
