Well made solid product. The current iteration with just the hole for clips is solid as you can get. I use them for my adjustable dumbbells to add weight to my barbell exercises and they are perfect for that. I’ve just scratched the surface of the possibilities for these. Get yourself some!

So always struggling to find a matching pair at my gym drove me to look for my own pair of handles to keep in my bag. I’m so glad I found these, they have a solid, barbell feel, super-smooth rotation, and made with quality industrial type materials. I feel strong using them, if that makes sense. The versatility to do hammer grip movements is a big bonus on top of what are already great handles.
