My very first U clip broke. I spoke with the manufacturer and their service was fantastic. We came to a mutual agreement on how to settle the broken u clip. I did obtain a second U Clip. After a bit of use im not really sold on the effectiveness of this product. Its uses are very limited. You'll need other pieces of equipment to use the U Clip safely.
