What makes the Uclips D-Handles very good for the Neutral Grip Cable work is what causes them to be too bulky for regular grip cable work. The end handle connectors often get in the way of my regular grip Cable Exercises. Quality Built. Recommended for Neutral Grip Exercises Only.

Within a first day, the screws came out and the handles fell apart I had to reattach everything. They work fine now but honestly for paying that you should have some sort of Loctite on the nut or bolt so it doesn't come out
