UClip has allowed me to do squats again for the first time in years, belt squats & a version of front squats. I have lower back issues. Im also able to do RDLs. I don’t go extremely heavy but it still feels good to be able to do squats and deadlifts. I’m still learning about other exercises I can do with UClips but I like what I’ve been able to do so far.
