I didn't like it. Reason being I thought it would come like a belt. To tie. Like a weight belt , that would've been alot better. In my opinion. The quality is good the chains are good. It's just the tie down belt structure that's missing. Thats just my opinion.

I am returning the item. With the addition of d-ring handles, the range of motion is less than using a v-grip handle. And, standing on a weight(s), platform/box or aerobic step(s) is not safe when doing close grip rows with 5-6 plates.
