Excellent attachment for tricep pull pulldowns. The rotating gnarled grips feel great and are major improvement over the rope attachment I was using previously.

Really decent handle with a really nice grip. Not slipping when hands are sweaty and awesome when doing single arm tricep pull down or single arm reverse cable fly's.

Pictures do not do this justice. This is incredibly thick, and lined in rubber. It appears to be exceptional quality.

I like the product. It’s totally indestructible but still flexible enough to allow for a full range of motion when using it as a landmine.

This is a great piece of equipment for forearm training. The multiple exercises provide a fairly complete regimen for the forearms. Loving it so far!

I used my 2 handles and my W grip today. I thoroughly enjoyed them and can tell that my future workouts are going to be great.

These are made very sturdy and of good quality materials. I like the thickness of the handle, which allows me to mind-muscle connect better.

I like the versatility of this product versus a landmine as you can use it for a variety exercises that the landmine can’t .
