Had ordered these for a dear friend but once I saw them in person, ended up ordering a pair for myself too. These are not just beautiful looking but very well made too….elegant & sturdy.

These guys are selling fake polki brooch. It’s a stick on which fell before it could be worn and when asked for refund I was told return period is over when it was not. I had approached them the last day. They offered to repair but no, given they are misleading consumers by selling entirely a different quality and material product, repairing does not help. Awful product. Do not buy from them.

The craftsmanship is bad It does not sit well on the neck I offered to pay for return courier and store credit ...it has been a week and you have been silent No response Not happy with your customer service

Although the designing of the neckpiece is very nice but the gold colour is different from the one shown in pics. On your site it appears as white gold which looks elegant but in real it is yellow gold shade which looks cheap amd not so flattering. You should show the real shade of the golden polish

Your customer service. Most dreadful. Placed a return request. Courier never showed up. Followed up repeatedly over email. Was assured it would be picked up, the courier partner was being looked into, etc. I was even assured that if the return pick up does not happen after 10 days - it is 15 days now!!! - your team will contact me and ask for me to send it back. Nothing. I hate you guys and would never buy again.
