My husband doesn’t complain about these feeders when he does chores for me 😂 I find they are less work than filling regular nets. They save me a lot of time and energy. My horses are really tough on them and they stand up to a lot of abuse.

I love these haybags. The hanging system is simply genius. Loading from the bottom...of course!! Again, genius. Every detail is sturdy and functions as it should to deliver slow feed groceries to my girl! And why not utilize beautifully colored rope to tie it all up? Definitely a functional, nd fun, product that makes my life easier. Thanks Hay Chix!

Love anything hay chix! It’s the only brand of hay nets I will buy anymore, hold up to even the toughest horses. I’ve been useing the loose netting to make a netted frame for big bale feeders and it’s great.

After buying my Hay Chix nets, my life has gotten ten times easier. I currently have 6 nets and I definitely plan on ordering more. The quality is incomparable and you can’t beat the ease of use! I have to two original and four extreme slow feeders and they both work great for my mini and two mares. I’m saving so much money and even more time with minimal waste! I highly recommend Hay Chix hay nets to every horse person!!

Don't have neighborhood boys to haul and stack hay anymore. So I buy large square bales and set them out with my skid steer. A large 3x4 bale of hay last my horses about 10 days.

We love our gate hay feeders and have adapted them to fit on the stall wall. This way anybody can feed hay and not have to go into the stall to load the hay feeder!! We also added an eye bolt at the bottom to keep them from flipping the bags up in the air and literally pushing the hay back out the hole. Also added a bungee cord to help hold the top in for the same reason. Horses don’t waste any hay with these feeders. Thanks for a great idea put into practical application!!!

Absolutely love the slow feed 1-1/4” feed two string bale nets. I have 4 of them now!! My Half Arabian mare was diagnosed with Cushings 2 years ago so this net has been detrimental to her overall health and eating rationing. I use the 1/2 Bale HayChix nets in the stalls, horse trailer and campgrounds. The Two String Bale Nets at home!! Thank you HayChix!

It works great at reducing the amount of wastefulness that can be caused by free feeding. Horses aren’t able to walk all over the hay and poop and pee in it. Bale last so much longer with the haychix hay net. Highly recommend!

As a second year horse owner, I spent my first year wasting hay. It was so frustrating (and expensive!). Then I heard about Hay Chix hay bags and decided to order them for my herd. To say that I am happy with these bags is a huge understatement. I am wasting very little hay now and the horses are eating the little bit that’s dropped because it’s such a small amount that they don’t even try to pee or poop on it (IYKYK!). Another plus is the excellent hardware that comes with the bags. My herd w...

We bought 2 slow feed heavy duty hay bale feeders for our miniature horses who are 1. Fat. 2. Hard on hay bags. So far they’re still fat but more frustrated by how small the openings are and they haven’t chewed a single hole in the hay bags yet. These are HUGE wins. We also were able to use them on non-Hay Chix feeders and I chose to use Hay Chix brand for their durability and their different options of openings.

I have absolutely no complaints! I bought two and wouldn't mind getting more. They fit almost a full slice of the large square bale. Cuts down on waste, slows my chunker down, and easy to manage.

Hay nets changed my life, haha! Cleaner pens. Cleaner waters. Horses seem happier slow 'picking' - even now in the winter I am keeping the hay nets stuffed (in addition to free feeding hay). THANK YOU!

We absolutely love our Hay Chix hay nets! We've got the big bale nets, full bale nets, and 1/2 bale nets. We use them everyday at home and on the road. This brand has been the easiest to use and longest lasting of all.

Started with one Hay Chix hay net. Easy loading securing and the durability made it an easy decision to buy more. I have bought enough to feed all our horses with Hay Chix hay nets and have a second set so I can set up morning feed at night saving me time before work. Recommend them to everyone looking for hay nets.

We have a farm with 60 horses. We feed round bales inside and out. Our outside ones are bagged with Hay nets. The horses in the barn all have individual hay bags as well. That's alot of hay bags! I have been with Hay Chix since the last severe draught we had in our area, which was about 12 years ago. I had done some research and there was a research paper from University of Minnesota which said I could save 1/3-1/2 of my hay cost by going to feeders with nets. I was sold. Built feeders all winte...

We had a 2nd hand hay chix net for a few months and loved it. It had too many holes that I just couldn't keep up so I decided to buy my own brand new one. Ordered what I thought was the same but this one is bigger and small holes. It works amazing, I dont have to fight to get the net over our giant bales anymore. The horses are very respectful so I dont have issues with it being loose in the field.

We started with four bags, and we now have 26. I can’t say enough good things about HayChix nets. I love that they are made right here in Texas. I love the quality, how they help with meal prep, and how they help keep Finn well-fed and tidy his stall. We save money by buying a round bale and stuffing bags. Thanks for making a great product that makes that job easier.

Love the half-bale hay nets for my horses! They are easy to fill and hang. The rope designs make it fun to build your own and being able to choose which mesh size you want is great. I have ordered a few times now as I am addicted to the hay nets and now the bucket keeper straps! My new favorite rope color is Frosty, it's absolutely beautiful! I am seeing so much less hay on the ground too. Worth every penny!!!

Hay Chix nets are the only ones I use! From my round bale net, to the hay hoops in my stalls, to the half bale nets we do all of our traveling with I cannot say enough great things about them! They are so easy to use and hold up better then any nets I've ever tried. My round bale net gets daily use by 4-6 horses and is just now, after almost 5 years, starting to show some signs of wear and tear. Needless to say I am a loyal Hay Chix customer for life!

We absolutely love our Hay Chix nets! They are easy to fill, slow down the fast eaters, and allow little to no wasted hay. I love being able to have nets filled when we go out of town so that it’s extremely easy to just swap out nets for whoever is feeding. No guess work! I am very excited to have stalls done so I can add the hoop feeders to them! 10/10 recommend!!

Absolutely an amazing product! It allows my horses to have free choice hay throughout a few days. If you have a lower ceiling barn, I do suggest hanging the net horizontally to avoid any hang ups. When the net gets empty it hangs lower, I recommend measuring where you want your bag hung with an empty net.

These nets are life savers. We feed big bales mostly and the nets make it so much more efficient. The small holes are great for my horse who seems to inhale her hay. The locking clips are great for my young horses who were able to get their nets down every day. Now they are foiled in their attempts!!! Thank you Hay Chix

Absolutely love my haychix free up feeder! I bought this to replace a hay rack in my ponies stall. He is an easy keeper and recently diagnosed with EMS so he needed a feed option. Hay nets are great and all, but they are not easy for daily chores.
