Package came on time and safely. Upon opening the pack and initial use however, the flavor has not appeared at any point in the hit(s). The pulls are weak and barely any effects were felt even after multiple pulls from pen. Honestly a waste of $20 which is disappointing since this is not my first pen from this brand. This pen was my first defect.
