Love the bag and how much it holds. The colour is beautiful and not in your face like other brands with similar bags. The only thing we have had an issue with is one of the screws to hold the handle on, keeps popping off. No matter how much we try, move them around, that one handle/screw always pops off (more so when the bag is quite full).

Such an amazingly useful bag for carting around everything to parks/pools/beaches etc and the insert with the cool section is great. My one issue is with the connection points to the handles as I've had them randomly pop out several times (which has meant things falling out on the floor). I have to tighten them every time before I go out, particularly when I have a heavier bag, and they don't completely tighten. If the connection points could be improved, this would be a 100% rating.
