Excellent product. I love the work they did. 100% recommend for anybody looking for custum gift for somebody you love. Plan accordingly when purchasing near a major holiday, this will delay the delivery. Excellent customer service that gave updates when asked. Couldn't ask for more than a good product from good people.

Our picture was taken while we were on a European vacation in Paris while visiting a landmark. We loved our trip and we loved this photo of us! We always tell each other forever and always nothing less!

Ordering was easy, discussing changes of the proof art took a while since you have to reject the proof first and then discuss changes, even if its just a small change or you want to discuss if a change is possible. Packaging for shipment was superb and final product is wondwrful.

The details are amazing. Turned out as I had hoped. Takes a bit of time for shipping, but as long as you don’t need it right away, it’s worth the wait. No complaints here and the customer service was great to deal with for editing the image.

You guys are awesome and my wife loved the art work that you guys made. The only constructive criticism that I would have is to let your customers know of the timeframes that it takes to make them and then to ship them. I reached out a couple of weeks after I ordered, just because I hadn’t heard anything from you guys.

We love it! I had this done for my wife for our anniversary, and it actually made her cry a little, the good kind! The company was so great about communicating and accommodating when I made a change after I had initially ordered it. This is really a nice piece of custom art, we will definitely buy again for ourselves and/or as gifts for others.

The art turned out very nicely. It reflects the essence of the provided photo well. Very good job and love the final result!!!! One suggestion I would make would be to add a slot on the back of the frame for notes - I attached an envelope on the back of mine so that I could include a copy of the original photo and an explanatory note for posterity.
