It was fairly easy to install...once I got the hang of it. But it's bee great so far. The quality of the water is loads better and I've got some peace of mind regarding the water we are consuming now as a family. So glad I took the risk...its paying off. Hopefully it stands the test of time.

Really happy with our new water filter! The standard adaptors unfortunately didn't fit our tap but Lucy from the customer service team quickly provided us with an additional adaptor free of charge. Easy to install once we had correct parts. So happy to have filter water on tap! :)

We’ve only had our flow pure water 💧 purifier for a week and WOW what a difference in a seriously hard water area the kettle is clean inside no more bits of lime and buildup and we can drink straight from the tap with beautiful clean safe water last time i tasted water this good was when I lived in Yorkshire i would and have recommended it everyone i know fantastic product.Thanks Chris . We LOVE Flowpure! 😍 It was very easy to fit - took literally 5 minutes! We took 2 glasses and filled one with tap water and one with the filtered water and WOW!!! What a HUGE difference! Absolutely love it. The water we are drinking tastes so different and refreshing in comparison to normal tap water. I compared the two types of water in two cups and the difference is visually noticeable. However, there is one major downside for me. I do not like the fact that the water comes out just from the faucet like from a shower 🚿 only. The flow cannot be adjusted. It is very difficult to fill up narrow bottles as most of the water is wasted around the tip of the bottle.

Really fantastic product! I have a particularly awkward tap fitting, and sadly the attachment I needed wouldn't tighten. The Flow Pure team wasted no time in engaging and communicating with me about the issue, and sending out a fresh part within 48 hours, and helping me to assemble it, on my awkward tap fitting, and I now have filtered water straight from my tap. I love the fact you can switch it between regular water and filtered water. Highly recommend this team and thier product 👌

My experience has been excellent. After working out the correct tap fitting with washer adapter, it was seconds fitting. That’s a big win. Easy to fit, once realise have to take plastic seal packaging off the filter inside unit which was simple to do but not explicit in instructions to get water to come through both sides. Pleased is sealed though as keeps the filter contents in place and know is new so all good. Easy to use just flip switch over to get fresh filtered water. I feel more confident getting a better quality of water from the tap.

Had a issue with the fit but the customer service was 10 out of 10 with what they did. They asked a few questions then supplied me with the correct fitting and now it works perfectly. I have only been using for a few days now so can't tell how effective it is but I live in hope. I would highly recommend this company.

It is amazing! My water has always needed filtering/standing or it tastes fowl - like chlorine (but apparently it's within "acceptable" standards). Fed up with jugs of water on the worktop, I bought one of these. Immediately there was water that I can drink out of the tap. Water that tastes wonderful in its non-taste! I am now a fan.

I was really happy about it right away after I've put it on and whem my gf arrived, shewas septical about it. She was like: -I'm sure there will be no difference... So I did a test taste and she looked at me with surprise. She tasted right away how lighter the water is and how clear it tasted compare to the other glass she drank which was not filtered (regular tap). So that my gf admitted right away that there is a significant difference is a big thing. 👌

This Flowpure filtration system is a game changer. I no longer need the bulky water jug in my fridge. Had my flowpure 1 week. WELL what can I say.... ITS BRILLIANT. No bleach smell anymore and I can see the filter a little brown already. Water tastes good and I've no plastic bottles around the house. Fantastic value for money, it does exactly what it says on the tin😉😁

It wasn't as easy to install as I expected. But I'm happy with it now it's working. I particularly like the fact that there is a switch which if you turn it to the left, the water comes out of the side where the filter is. When you turn it to the right, unfiltered water comes out for washing up etc. A very clever piece of equipment. If it filters out all the harmful stuff that Pureflow says it does, then I'm one happy customer.

The installation is fast and the result is beautiful. I love the purity of the water ! Fast and efficient customer service too … I needed another adapter because my sink pipe was too small. I’ve got a right one, literally the next day . They’re answering to you within 10 mins, it was a great surprise.. Go for it, it’s worth it !!!

At first I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews I felt like “why not!”. I loved every single detail about it and it is of high quality and well made, more than what I expected tbh. Clever to have dual settings, and better than having a jug. Had a leaking problem at first but the PRFE tape (included) fixed the issue, thanks to the quick assistance from the customer service. As a bonus, I got it in 40% sale plus extra free filter cartridge :D

My FlowPure arrived just now,it took two minutes to take out the end of my mixer tap to screw in the correct fitting and install the FlowPure.This photo is what was inside the end of my tap and what my water was running through daily,it shocked me that this was what my water was going through and I'm so glad it has been removed now.Im relieved that I ordered the FlowPure now and now know that I will be drinking clean filtered water from now on,instead of what I was drinking.
