I'm a big dude, kicking off my weight loss journey and it's perfect for me. Down 40lbs in 4 months and have muscles I can see. I've got kids and a life and bills and the whole nine yards. In a world full of protein options it’s hard to decide which one will have the balance you need and a flavor you can tolerate, this stuff hit all marks.
