Where do I start. This is my second Vitalis bracelet. Ordered the first last year. The clasp wouldn’t hold anymore. Tossed it on my dresser for a few months. Picked it back up, contacted Hero Co asking if they had a replacement clasp. Nope, how about a replacement bracelet. All I can say is WOW!
