At the assambling of the back plate to the bottom seat, with the 3 big screws, the 3 nuts from the seat went out from the plastic and was dificult to mount the side armrests... Otherway, is comftable, feels a little stranhe untill i get used with it, I had directorial chair with lether cushons before. For whole day work, this one is more relaxing. I'm sorry i did not ordered with legs support.

Great delivery, all came in good cond., Packiging got beaten in transit. Chair ez setup. Arm rest are trash, had to uninstall them after a day.( half Star minus) Only 2 positions for back And also tide witch ass part. (half star minus) also sadly only one layer of cloth on back does not strike as long gavity. Very comfy while sitting even crossed legged whitout the arm rests.

While assembling the chair, I found an issue with the threaded M8 inserts in the backrest base. They were not screwed in all the way, which made it impossible to align the M6 hole used to attach the armrests to the backrest. I had to manually adjust and tighten the inserts, which made the assembly more difficult. Please consider improving quality control at this stage - properly installed inserts would make the assembly process much smoother and improve the overall user experience.

The quality is amazing to match the premium status but the width of the seat could have been better because with all the bells and whistles the width has become a little more annoying even for my wife who is 5.4”. It is obviously a problem for me 5.11”. I know there is a switch to extend the width and I am referring to the width after full extension and trying every single feature the chair offers. I like it but not in love with it.

It feels good and sturdy, with no creaking at all, which is surprising to me. Sadly, as a person who is 191 cm with a tall back, the lumbar support and the backrest in general isn't optimal. This was expected, but i still hoped it would work out better than it did. I would still say that my back is mostly supported. The neck/head rest is unusable to me. I still find the chair comfortable compared to my old gaming chair and I would recommend the m57.

Overall the chair is good for money. The headrest is not good for people approximately over 1.75. I am 1.80 and in highest position is not enoght height for me. Lumbar support is little annoying in first few days but after that is ok when you find good position for it. The upgreaded pedal is good addition for chair and legs.

It definitely is a good chair, is it perfect? No, is it worth 600 euros? No, but I got it at at a sale for around 350 euros which is in the mid tier price, I’m glad I didn’t buy it at full price, but for that lower pricetag I really like what I get - I am looking forward to seeing how long the mesh will last me. The seat depth adjustment is definitely a nice addon, I am glad I decided to go with the pro, as I think the depth would be too short for me, I’m 188cm tall and weigh 90kg.

This chair is perfect for sitting very long times. As a gamer, I could recommend this to my gamer friends Footrest piece could be wider. I go to gym often so I have big thighs and keeping my feet narrow together makes me feel a little uncomfortable. My old gaming chair was better in only one thing and it was that you could adjust your chairs back at 180 degree angle with one single lever. That would have been a cherry on a cake with this chair.

Mido 1.8m y lo tengo en mínimos. no me imagino alguien más pequeño ajustándose al reposa cabeza. El proceso de envío se retrasó un mes pero el servicio técnico (email) me atendió de forma rápida y me explicó la razón. Ayudándome a ajustar incluso el color de mi silla. The chair is excelent, better than what I had. I can't put 5 stars because the assembly steps weren't as smooth as one of a quality product. My main issue with assembly was the right arm rest, whose one of their screws can't be completely tightened because of the inclination lever. Also, I find the head rest ergonomic but a bit unconfortable, in the lowest configuration mi head rest in the plastic, not in the smooth side.
