I could not express how wonderful the FurLife customer service was. I ordered the wrong part, which was delivered, realizing after opening. I contacted FurLife, and they were more than willing to work with me. I have recommended these products to every pet owner I know. I have never liked putting the chemicals directly to my pets' skin, and these products work great. Zeus is a 155lb Italian Mastiff and he has had no issues with fleas and ticks thru this entire season. Robert in Baltimore

I put the fur life cooler on my dog Gizmo and after a couple of weeks it helped for a while,my dog Gizmo still has it on and he is still scratching.

Ok full disclosure she just licked her lips. She had been itching and scratching up a storm. My wife and I where at our wits end. She was chew her fur off of her body. I saw your ad on Facebook Reels. I ordered it and now no fleas, still some scratching cause her skin is healing. Not only that but my German Shepherd is growing her hair back. it works!!! our dog a Great dane is very large. We have not had a scratch, or a site of any fleas or ticks, moreover it smells good and help keep the doggie order down. very happy with this device.
