Exactly as advertised, I never used big clips due to discomfort, but these are marvelous. I have alot of hair and they hold well. I gave to a friend, she also has switched over. One must be patient for delivery though, it took a good 3 weeks to recieve them. Love them and highly recommend 👌 ❤️

I ordered these because I am a dancer and when I do floor work or even floor stretches, regular claw clips would have to be removed. I can do anything with mello clips in! So soft they do not hurt your head and they work so well, your hair holds very well even if you have heavy thick hair like I do. I gifted a couple of them to friends who loved them just as much. Also, they are truly unbreakable. You can bend it backwards all the way without it snapping. I will 100% be buying more !

I love the flexibility of this clip! I have never used anything like it before. It can bend and contort in all kinds of ways without breaking. It holds my long straight hair in place for a good amount of time without any pain or pressure. The only thing I wish is that the brand would come out with clips that are longer in length. Super comfy lying down on it or on a seat. Don’t have to worry about a hard clip stuck in my head after a car crash. Took a chance on it to see if an Asian clip company can handle long thick Asian hair and yes it does, although it is MOST secure if it’s in a loose low pontail before you clip up your hair. But still works well without and doesn’t give me a headache!

I was amazed how durable the mellow clip is. Extremely cute colors and it's amazing it doesn't hurt your head when you press your head against the car seat or if you try to sleep with it. My hair is medium length and thin so it does get loose after 15 minutes but I know this will work my daughter's hair which is long. The stickers are a nice touch! My only complaint is that I waited 3 weeks for my shipment.

I really like these and love the colors. My only wish is that there were some smaller, lighter versions. They are slightly heavier than my hard plastic clips and also a bit bigger. I have long, fine hair and prefer a smaller, lightweight clip so it doesn’t feel heavy on my head after a while. It would be awesome if Mello offered some clips that are 1/2-3/4 the length and 3/4 the diameter of the current ones. I would buy all of them!

Absolutely LOVE this - perfect for long hours in the office chair, flights, and even the bath! My only wish is that there was a slightly bigger version for girlies with thick hair. I normally keep it all "under claw" and while the clip holds it fairly well, my longer claw clip still feels more secure. I have medium long semi thick wavy hair, and all my hair fits up in the clip. The material is giving, so driving or lying on your back isn't as uncomfortable as with a "regular" plastic clip. My daughter has very long, curly, and thick hair, waiting for the bigger size for her hair, but she loves mine for putting up some of her hair. She too appreciates the giving material. They are a little pricey, but I'm sure we'll purchase more.

In the past, there have been MANY MANY times where I’ve used a claw clip and they immediately break because they can’t handle the weight of my hair but not these ones. So I got this clip to use on a long flight. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time, but, it’s amazing. It’s not a thin cheap plastic that feels like it’s going to break. It’s strange plastic/silicone type feel. I was concerned it wouldn’t hold my curly hair but it does and it doesn’t pull my hair like some clips do. I wish 2 things. The first that they made a wider one (again curly hair here) The second, a smaller one, like those 2 inch ones. I fully plan to buy more in the future.
