Overall, I think these clips are definitely less painful than a regular claw clip. They weren’t completely painless for me but I don’t fault the clips for that. I have a relatively tender scalp and thick hair( South Asian hair) and I’ve never really been able to wear a hair clip all day without wanting to take it out for relief.
I use these often and would recommend. I think these are decent quality and will last me a long time.
