Its just as aspected

Very happy with our fan.

Perfect for my R2D2 Animatronic.

i sent over three different images and didn't know that I only received 1 3d model. They didn't ask me which one I would prefer, they just made one and then when I asked for the one that was the higher priority they didn't respond.

app is frustrating, image wont even work correctly, support wont get back to me, its LOUD, if i could atleast get it to work correctly i might rethink my review but right now its a blurry mess, image is split half inverted half regular. ive reset the device multiple times, the stock images that came loaded on it worked correctly before i removed them to try to upload some that fit the theme of my room better but now its a loud paperweight.

The steps to download the holograms are outdated. Customer service gives you a sense that they can’t wait to get rid of you. Then after customer service gives you enough pieces of the puzzle to figure out how to link the holograms to your phone (the pc software is garbage), you now discover the final problem: how to project your holograms. Nothing works, there is no upload. If I had to do this again, I’d tell myself to avoid this purchase.

Instructions were a joke on how to use it. Had to find out from utube. U cannot play separate folders - you have to delete files. Again instructions?

Very difficult to put together as the screws were too tiny to hold the clear cover in place

Did not work. Waiting for my replacement and hopefully it works.

The first one we got was not working but they went if another one and it works fine.
