My wife did the same”Diamond art and painted the starfish and sea shells. Then using the Crafted Element 18x12x2 mold I poured a base and let it get tacky then placed the items on top and then poured the rest. It’s about 1 1/4” thick.
The mold made the whole process so easy and I already have the next project in mind.

Ist time go. The jig is easy to set up, easy to box with a t square and runs easy with the router. Added a washer to the knob bolts and works great. Much better than making a jig and fairly priced.

I’m current disabled due to a work injury so I can’t get into my wood shop. I haven’t been able to enjoy all the templates I’ve purchased from your company but I will hopefully be back on my feet soon.
This is the only template I had a chance to use so far. Unfortunately I was not able to finish it but I will be doing so soon.

At Paul's Woodworx, Wooster, Ohio, we offer multiple crosses to our customers. Recently i purchased the 12x6 cross mold and am extremely pleased with the results. You will pay more for these molds, but you get what you pay for in this case. It is DEFINITELY worth it. I find Shawn extemely helpful with his videos and information. Crafted Elements have become my ""go to source" when it comes to molds and templates.

This is a excellent base for my Router. Easy to attach. Handles are tall and study, fits any size hands. The flat side of the base allows you to set your router aside without fear of it falling over and getting damaged. I leave it permanently attached to my DeWalt router. I even let my wife use it and she loves to use it too. We might have to get another one in order to have a his and hers routers to use at the same time. Thank you for this fantastic design.

First time wood and resin! I’m so happy with it! Thanks to your wonderful videos on YouTube, I had the confidence needed to use the template to route the wood to prepare it for the mold. Patience is not my virtue and had some errors. Thanks to the planer doing its job, it came pretty good. I have two more ready for resin! Now to decide what colors to do next!

We like some brass in the boards. THis is 1" brass tube, but not it is from Asia and NOT 1", but it was small and I took a 1" spade bits and ground it down till it was just right..can't do that with a Forstner, so there is a real reason for spade bits.
Templae routing is so much fun.
One more note; We have a Bosch 1617 in our router table.
It has been too noisy and I know its the bearings. Ordered new ones, but got the SKF very, very good ones

A very nice design. Settled on the blue tape and CA glue
method for a template that does NOT slip. Those double bearing compression bits are spendy, but so great at not going against the grain. I made a spare master copy right away in case I nick the template one day.

After my recent purchase of your full size router slab flattener, 96” x 40” set up.
I followed the video instructions to set up the equipment. It was easy with no drama or complications.
A couple of issues that were encountered…
Alignment of the 48” rails took some adjustment to enable a smooth transition across the rails. I left the rubber bearing dust guards in place. After making a few rail alignment adjustments and running the system it is very smooth. Love it.

I love this mold. I like the fact that it has high enough sides that i can make both a thick serving tray, but also smaller coasters if i like. This is the 4th mold I’ve bought for my epoxy work, and time and time again they are some of the highest quality molds I’ve been able to find. I will come back for more purchase without a doubt.

This is a great mold off excellent quality and easy to use. Not only can it be personalized with a photo (which I haven't done yet) but makes a great tray for dog lovers.
To both reduce the quantity of resin required and also create a neat effect, I used deep cast resin and colored aquarium gravel.
This will be one of many variations I will try.

The drill template was perfect for this project. I made a 21 pound 23” x 17” x 1-1/2” cutting board out of Bocote. Because of the size and weight, the corner drilling template made placement of the brass feet much easier. I selected the 2.5” corners and it is perfect.

This planer using a finish router is perfect, easy to put together, take apart and store. I mounted the rails on 1" piece of plywood, set that on a non-skid mat on my table. The operation is so smooth and easy it never moved while doing this project.
