I bought these to wear in my motorbike boots that are not as waterproof as I would like. I have yet to try them in the sort of seriously wet weather I bought them to contend with but, so far, they have kept my feet dry and have not made them get excessively sweaty even after wearing them for the best part of a day. The only negative I have is that they are not very warm (although my feet would undoubtedly be colder if they were wet).
