When I first got these I put 4 of them in my portable capacity tester and got really close to 5Ah on each cell. When I finally decided to put 84 of them together I forgot to test the remaining voltage of each cell shipped. To my surprise, a little over 1 week later all 84 of the cells I tested are exactly 3.58 volts. Not 3.57 or 3.59. That tells me that they are all equal for the most part. I did put insulation rings after taking the picture though.

I was hesitant it at first? Because the price was great . I finally took a chance and OUTLINE DELIVERED!.. exactly as advertised seem to be grade A cells, the production date was a bit old, 2022 for the box I received. That being said all cell voltages were very close (less than a tenth difference). For the price this is a great deal!! I highly recommend
