We have two separate orders. First no issues - second one item was missing in the package one rubber seal - we have received replacement in wrong colour the second replacement was right. Staff was very helpful and despite some parts missing the communicated well and fix it very timely. Thank you We Love Bathrooms for your help and it looks amazing.

we ordered online because we wanted L shape bath at 1600. the delivery time was very quick and the price was amazing. it’s a great bath good for relaxing. a good size. fits the shower with loads of room and has a gentle slope for relaxing. the shower screen included is great but wish it was about an inch longer just to cover a bit more but i think it’s our shower that sticks out that means water pools not the fault of the screen or the bath. would buy from them again.

Excellent service for my new bathroom suite. Received the wrong size vanity unit and basin but was sent the correct size and had the other unit collected within days of reporting this. Only downside was that the toilet didn’t come with a pan fixing kit. May not be a usual thing to include within a suite but I’d have at least expected to have these included. Besides this perfect service!

Product was good but customer service was terrible. They forgot to arrange the delivery in time even though I paid extra for express delivery. When I called to ask if it’s being delivered in that specific day they said no for no reason and they we’re trying to convince me to get it delivered after a week. Brilliant service, excellent delivery and I'm extremely happy with the end results. Fantastic package, bathroom looks fabulous and I added the Nova 900mm mirrored cabinet to finish the room off. The taps are a decent weight and quality, the only thing I changed was the bath waste as I wanted a pop up one! Really delighted with the results! The service and products have been faultless.

Looks lovely. It’s a swinging one so be aware that you WILL NOT be able to mount it to a stud wall unless it is firmly screwed in to wooden joists or whatever they are called. Unless you have a very skilled joiner/bathroom fitter they won’t be able to mount this on a partition or hollow wall (mine had to work some magic attaching something to the bottom so it rests on the bath and the wall doesn’t get all the weight).

Good quality screen. No horrid little corners or overlapping doors which are almost impossible to clean properly. Lovely streamlined appearance. There was a bit of a delay on delivery, but when I alerted customer services it all got sorted out quickly with apologies. So good all round.

They seen like quality doors. Heavy too. I thought the bits that make the doors have square panels would be metal, they're not, it's like a tape. Still I'm happy with them. I've seen previous comments how the middle bit isn't black, I don't know how it can't be black, it's part of the door. Got them in the sale and very happy.

I struggled to find a unit that would fit into my small bathroom. I am delighted with this product. It is well made and stylish. The sink is ample for my needs and the side shelf is very useful. Although the original handles were fine It was my preference to change to black. Ii have no hesitation in recommending this sink unit. It is an excellent buy.

Very good quality, seems waterproof, not too bad to install. Dark grey, not black which is what I wanted. Toilet and sink are lovely and the drawers are very nice too. I had a really old bathroom before, now it’s the best room in the house. Delivery was next day as paid for, wasn’t on a pallet, came in boxes, no damage at all and overall service was great. Seeing as it’s quite expensive I would recommend as I had no issues at all. Thanks again

It took me months to find a sturdy flexitub, and I am extremely happy with these due to the fact they are of "trade" quality. These tubs are designed to take a beating and can last for years. I bought four and was thrilled with them that I ordered some more. I've owned one of these tubs for years and is hasn't ruptured or split like the cheap ones. The brand name has changed but the product is the same and worth every penny.

P shaped shower bath tub was excellent and fit perfectly for 1700mm. Drilled the holes for the taps (bought from ‘we love’ too) and bath is very stable. Toilet and sink was part of the package but installed and fit well to upgrade the entire bathroom. Toilet seat is not ‘soft close’ but we can replace it easily for soft close seat for a reasonable price. Overall good value for money and bathroom looks great. Wife and kids love it!
