Would of given 5 stars but I was disappointed with my recent purchase. The product works very well. But for some reason the recent purchase was a big hard ball that had a bunch of lumps. So when I move my shea to another container I have to work it to get all the lumps out. When I received my previous purchase it was creamy and smooth. I feel my product should arrive this way regardless the weight of the purchase.
