It’s adorable. It relates to the watery theme we have. The weird pendulum wiggle is one I still haven’t gotten to read about how to solve it. But I know there is supposed to be a solution.

I have Earl the Bigfoot and he needed hats and Yoda ears. They slide right on and for like they were made for them! Great clock, great hats and ears, and superb customer service! I had a question about the Yoda ears and they got right back to me and were very helpful!

So cute!! My husband and son-in-law have a family joke about otters so when I saw Lola I had to get her for my hubby. I haven't given it to him yet. The clock looks well made and I love that it's a handmade in America product.

I purchased the Penny the Pug clock as a gift for my daughter who lives out of state so I'm not able to send pictures or videos. However she called me when she received it and let me know that she just loved it.

I have nothing but good things to say about your product as well as customer service. Penny the Pug has brought so many smiles to 2 boys who recently lost their best friend Brando , their dog their whole young lives. I see smiles when they argue over which accessory to put on Penny. I am forever grateful for your artistic skills that brought such happiness with the quirky clock!

I originally saw the pug and wanted it for my husband as an anniversary gift.. Then I saw Helga... who wouldn't want to have one in their main bathroom to keep "watch"... There she hangs... swinging legs to mesmerize you while taking care of business... Puts a smile on any face....

This was my 1st purchase from your company. I bought Penny the Pug for my secretary and the Racoon for my wife. Both clocks were a big hit. I most likely will be ordering more products for gifts in the future. The only issue i had was with the pug as the back plate was not fastened to the clock face. I was able to repair it and all was well. The clocks are very original and very cute. Michael LoPresti

I’m a dog person so anything dog catches my eye. I was completely in love with Penny the first time I saw her on facebook! Because she was my birthday present, I ordered 3 seasonal hats for her. She arrived quickly and in perfect condition. And she keeps perfect time. Did I say I love her? Because I do! I will be ordering another Birch Robot in the future. As soon as I decide — so many options!!! I highly recommend this company and their products. Great for gifts!

While we had to return the first one, customer service was great and had a new one out quickly. Second one has the proper swinging motion for the legs and tongue. My wife is very happy.

I love pugs and when I ordered this clock from my social media feed I was really hoping it would be as cool as it looked. When it arrived, I was so happy it was exactly as pictured and I absolutely love it. It is hanging in my office and brings me joy every time I look at it. An extra bonus is that it was fully made in the USA. I support our small American businesses. Now just wondering what accessory I should get for my new pug addition.

These clocks and accessories are the most adorable things I have ever seen.
Beautifully made, packed beautifully with care to get to you. I purchased the Capybara clock and just got him a beanie for winter. I can’t imagine I won’t get another one but it will be hard to choose:the robot, fox, piggy, bear? Oh boy. These would make great gifts too! So unique.

I purchased this clock for my sister who has a cat rescue in Morton, Washington. There is a beekeeper who has several hives on the rescue’s property. I felt it was only fair to include the bear’s honey bee hat as an accessory for her kitty clock. Wonderful products, easy to navigate website and fast shipping. What more could a customer ask for? Birch Robot is a great company to purchase from with fun products for people of every age.

I love the clock. It works great, BUT!
It arrived with pieces that were supposed to be connected together not connected so I had to connect the rod that connects the tongue AND (of course) there’s a correct sequence for connecting these pieces together, which of course I got wrong, I was afraid I was going to break the plastic snap as I tried to disconnect the pieces and then reassemble in the right sequence. All ended well but there must be a better way to ship the thing so it doesn’t disconnec...

Love the Owl Clock!
We bought the gray owl clock after seeing the whole collection of clocks at a street art fair in Burbank last year--talked about how cute it was for months, so we searched and easily found the company on Etsy. Ordered it for our granddaughter's nursery. It's so cute! We can't wait for Christmas Day! And we are so happy to support local craftsmen!
