Received Lola in an impressive quick delivery. She is so sweet and can’t wait to place her on a wall in my new home at the end of the month. Ordered several hats and she will be sporting these on occasions. I definitely will be purchasing another but it’s hard to decide on my next addition and of course accessories. Workmanship and quality with so much care in giving these special ones so much character. Just love her!

I'm in love with every one of these sweet clocks and accessories from Birch Robot...I keep coming back- whether it's to pick a gift for someone or because I can't resist the latest new friend (Yay for Betty!) Every time I've ordered I've gotten a really high quality, well-made design and I love the sustainable focus. Customer service and shipping are always excellent too.

The clock looks exactly as it does in the ad. No surprises. Also, I bought it; it was shipped and delivered in one week’s time. Nice Corgi addition to our home!

It was the perfect gift for my daughter who lost their Penny the Pug a few months ago. It's a wonderful reminder of the much-loved Penny every time they look at the clock. Very well made, I might add.

I love this clock! It’s cuter than the pictures. I want to give it to my son with a golden for Christmas if I can wait until then. I can’t say how it works, but it came nicely packaged and in good shape. I will send a photo when it goes up. It is so eye catching that I want the holiday assessories!

I received the package. The clock is very cute. I haven't taken it out of the package because it is going to be a gift so it'll be a while before I can let you know anything else. I'll update later.

First clock I received, the pendulum part wouldn’t work. Customer service was very responsive and immediately sent out a new clock with instructions to return the defective one. So easy! And The new clock works perfectly, keeps exact time and is so cute! I smile every time I walk by it.

My wife collects hens on a nest, They’re glass bowls with a chicken lid on top. I thought she would like this in an addition to her collection of chickens and boy was I right She was thrilled and still is, thanks and have a blessed day.

I love my clock. I have waited so long to get the french bulldog clock and as soon as I saw it I ordered it. I am going to buy the extras for each season.

I ordered Waffles for my son-in-law and Lola for my hubby. They share an inside family joke about otters. I haven't given them the clocks yet. The clocks are well made and I love that they're handmade in America.

I got this clock for my sister for Christmas. She's in love with it, and sent me a video as soon as she hung it up saying " she's home". It's so adorable Im thinking of getting one myself. Thank you again for the adorably creative clock!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend. She loves Racoons. Once I saw this online, I knew I had to get it for her. Once it arrived, I had a hard time waiting for Christmas to give it to her I was so excited about it. She absolutely loves Rocky Racoon!! I bought her the racoon hat and Valentine hearts. She can't wait to start ordering Rocky more accessories! I'm sure he will be fitted for all the holidays in no time. Very happy with the product.

PeeWee arrived in excellent conditon! It was very well packed. The instructions were easy and it worked immediately. I hung it up in my kitchen and it makes me smile every morning! I highly recommend your products to everyone and I intend to purchase more for my grandkids because they love PeeWee too!

I bought this clock as a gift for my sister and it's SO CUTE!!! She loves it and it looks so cute on her wall. It does make a small tick sound, but it's barely noticeable. I love it so much now I have to get one for myself.

What a lovely clock. It gives me a smile when I look over my pug clock. I hope to buy more in the future and some accessory hats. Thank you for this adorable creation.

Best thing I have hanging on my walls! No regrets! The hardest part was deciding which one to pick! In the end, it was a toss up between Chestnut (I LOVE squirrels!) and Violet. Violet won out because of her color. So beautiful! Easy assembly and keeps great time. I honestly can’t stop looking at her. She makes me smile! Thank you Birch Robot!🩷

I had planned to get Humphrey a santa hat all along, but then he had to have a new pendulum so the santa hat got put off. Well, to our surprise, we got his new pendulum and along with it, we got a kicky sailor hat! He looks so spiffy with it that it will be hard to switch it out for the santa hat, but Christmas is Christmas so we'll try. Thanks BR, we ♥ you.

Got this clock for my 2 year old daughter's room. She loves it! Amazing customer service - Purchased one of these a few months back and the pendulum stopped working. They replaced it at no charge.

Packed very well. Giving this as a Christmas gift so just tested for a day. Works fine. This is my second clock. Brought the first one ( sloth ) to my place in Costa Rica.

I got stellar customer service when I reported my clock was not silent. They cheerfully sent me a replacement. But before I could even open the new box my first one became silent! Now I need to send the new unopened one back.

I was gifted a clock and regrettably had some technical difficulties with the pendulum. I reached out to Birch Robot who quickly sent me a replacement and return box with prepaid shipping for the old one. The new one works splendidly and it makes my smile every time i look at it. Incredible craftmanship and 5 star customer service.

I received it as a gift and the first one didn't work for some reason. Customer service was awesome, easy, efficient, and I got the new one quickly with pre paid postage for return. It looks great and is super quiet (basically no sound). I'm big on Christmas, so my gift included a Santa hat and it's totally worth the addition!

The clock is so cute! I really love it!! There was an issue with the pendulum for the tongue. It was warped, so the tongue was rubbing on the jowls. Luckily my dad is real handy and he was able to soften the wood and re-bend it so it was straight and now it’s working wonderful.

Had to wait a bit for this clock but....it was so worth it!!! I love everything about it. I am looking to get another one soon. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!
