The fit around the band feels great! The hat part is a little baggy tbh— but it kinda works with the wooly texture. It’s not too thick which seems like it might breathe pretty well, but that remains to be seen since I just got it yesterday. Will be getting more Odd Job hats— it’s such a rarity to find a hat that will fit on my big head.

Nice hat, but a bit confused at the sizing. I am at the 'lower' end of the XL range, usually wear a 7 3/4, but hat is very tight (no hair). Otherwise it is a solid and very well made hat.

This is my third hat ordered from Oddjob. It's easily the best fit of the three. The wool one had way too much bug fabric and looks a little goofy. The cotton camp had is mostly great but the shape/pattern seems like it could be improved. The fit and shape of this one is excellent. It's very light weight, comfortable... great for casual wear or active pursuits. Would love it if you offered the same lightweight hat in natural fabrics and other colours... hemp or cotton/hemp would be my top ...

I've always loved corduroy so I was thrilled when I saw this awesome hat in the OddJob lineup. I'm into vintage dirt bikes so the racing theme of the hat was also a huge draw. The scrambled eggs on the bill are so nostalgic of 80s trucker hats you can't help but love them. Extremely well built and comfortable hat for my big head. This hat will serve you well for years but note from my experience this is a cool to cold weather hat.

I'm used to running hats labeled 'one size fits all' when the truth is anything but. Finally, I found a hat that I can wear while running that isn't too tight on my head when I need to be focused on anything but a hat on my head. I'd recommend this hat to anyone who wears a size 7.5 or larger. You won't be disappointed.

The fit is great and wears comfortably. The mesh is soft and allows for good ventilation. The sweatband is a bit too thick but is quite absorbent. Overall, this is one hat I can wear all day long.

Dad hats just weren't attainable in big head life until Oddjob blessed my dome with this masterpiece. I'm an 8+ in fitted hats and the XL is really comfortable, even needs to be cinched a little bit. I didn't know it was possible to wear a snap back! If I had a snap back, it had to be on the last hole and when I put it on, it would just snap off. I could only wear really stretchy hats that I had to stretch out to the max. This is the FIRST time I have ever felt comfortable and confident in a hat! It is truly life changing!
