These hats are the absolute BEST! No kidding.. from the moment a guy with a big head (7 5/8) puts one on you know they are different. The hat actually fits and the proportion on your head is spot on. Seriously, other than my local sports teams hats, these will be the ONLY hats I ever buy again.

I'll keep this simple because it deserves to be said clearly: this is the best hat I've ever worn in my life. I wear it almost daily. It goes with literally everything. It looks dressed up enough for going out and casual enough for running errands. I've never owned a hat that truly does both. Love it!!!! The mesh on the side makes it so cool to wear. Only issue is that I bought the XXL (64cm) while my head is at 62.5cm. I didn’t want to go with the XL at 62cm and risking being too tight. Being in Canada, the price in CAD, with shipping AND $48 customs duties paid to the carrier…this is a $150 CAD purchase. But again, I love it!

Most comfy, best fitting ball-cap hat i have ever had. This sort ofnlooks and fits a cross between a trucker and baseball cap. Mesh backside so breathable scalp. I have a huge head (7&3/8ths) with semi thick hair on which the hat(s); (i bought two similar styled hats but different color/design schemes) fit well and sheild my eyes comfortably from the elements. A tad bit pricey but worth its weight in gold for the great fit and comfort these hats provide for those of us with big noggins. ;-)

Having a hat size of about 9 1/4 makes it difficult to find hats. Buying off the rack is not an option so I search online. I like to wear baseball caps during the work day and all I've been able to find online was XL caps with the FlexFit bands. Unfortunaly as perspiration builds it seems to shrink and salt crystals build up in the band making the hat very uncomfortable (I'm of the opinion Flexfit is pretty uncomfortable already if you dont have hair). Mind you the fit was already tight to begin...
