It's hard for me to find a bucket hat that fits,I would buy all kinds of other brands and have to cut the inside layer out to get them to fit and some times the hat would fall apart and I would buy another and try again,I tried odd jobs n was surprised they lived up to there XXL advertisement,they fit perfect and I dont have to cut the inside out. Never used the custom embroidery before. Was worried that it would like my aunt Betty did it with her sewing machine. Despite a grainy photo I submitted, they did an awesome job. My only improvement is that it is pricey for multiple hats. They should give you a break on embroidery cost when you get the same art on multiple hats on the same order. I will buy more when there is a bogo or promo. Quality of product is superior so I am happy with my two custom caps

I am really, truly grateful that this company exists. Only suggestion is to ship in a box better sized to hat so it stays in it's natural shape. Box was a little small making hat crease towards brim. I haven't used the hat yet, but hoping it will relax on its own. If not before I use it, I will touch up the spot with an iron. Not significant, but just thought I should mention it.

These hats are BIG but I love em. Be sure not to get a size too big. Oddhats small option borders on being too big for my goggin. Quality is excellent and it feels very comfortable. The adjustable band is too long IMO especially when its hard to tug it in. Ill have to shorten it myself.
