Perfect for big heads. The crown depth and brim are larger to compensate. I tried on a Stetson crushable and it was returned. The Oddjob hat is noticeably higher quality for the exact same price point compared to the Stetson.

I gave up on buying baseball hats while shopping. The curse of having a melon-head precluded finding hats that fit. The only alternative was a fitted hat, which are generally pretty hot. Only concern is that the edges of the hat rub against my ears which can start to get painful after a little while and takes a lot of constant readjusting. I only wish the edges of the hat were softer to prevent this. Love the look and overall fit.

I now have a beanie that doesn’t fell like it’s at its limit and I don’t feel the circulation to my brain being cut off. I love this thing, the “OddJob” name is funny too for those of us old enough to get the reference, too bad I can’t use the beanie as a weapon if needed. I had previously gotten my friend beanies from Carhartt and Patagonia and they were ok, but the fit was always a little wonky and not the most flattering. When I saw OddJob hats, I had to try it for my large headed friend and it fits so well and looks fantastic. Also the cashmere is really nice and soft but still feels sturdy and durable.
