I honestly had given up on hats until I found Oddjob. The XXL is only for 20% of your customers, so im proud to know I’m one of the bigger heads in the country. Great quality and fit. I’ve struggled to find hats that fit my head and don’t look like I got them from a carnival. This is my third Oddjob hat and all three are excellent.

It would have been good to know that the interior sweatband is navy--a nice touch. Why not put a photo of that on the preview photos?

I've never liked wearing hats as an adult because I could never find ones that fit me! I bought this hat to pair with one of my sun hoodies for backpacking and it works great! Hat fits great. I have a 7 3/4 ish melon. I only have 1 snap showing. Usually on a standard size hat I’m to the last two snaps. I love the hat it’s just way too expensive. Plus the embroidery charge is super expensive too. Great hats though.

Not as perfect a fit for me as the Big Runner's Cap, but still quite good. I usually wear a 7 and 3/4 and I think the elastic band of this cap might be too snug for a larger head. Good materials, well made.

One issue I have with the structured hats is that I'm Asian so I have a wide flatter face, so the bill itself doesn't quite fit my brow/temples the corners kind of still dig into my brow area.
It would be cool if they made Asian-fit like some sunglasses brands.
