I absolutely love the XXL hats they are the only hats I can find that actually fit I wear a 8 -1/2 to 8- 3/4 but seriously 50$ for a blank is outrageous guys then 40 to do an embroidery. The hats also do not hold up that well to sweat . The price point seriously needs to come down odd jobs. Thank you for making hats I can actually wear tho I've bought 5 so far

I absolutely love this hat. The only thing I'd change is the flap ties. They are some kinda nylon material, which is fine, but are impossible to tie with gloves and come untied pretty easily. I added little "no-tie" magnetic shoelaces doohickeys and they've worked great.

As a guy with a big head and a thick mess of hair, I've always worn hats at maximum extension and they still only fit the crown of my head. This bad boy, however, fits perfectly over my whole head with all my hair in it, with room to boot. Thank you Odd Job

Finding an XL running cap has been a challenge until I ran across OddJobHats. The hat is not just fitted around the circumference of the head, but is also fuller over the top to accommodate a larger cranium. I wear a 8 1/4 size and the XL fits perfectly. Alright so it’s a liiiitttttle bit big on me, BUT, I’d rather have it a lil loose than super tight! My struggle is finding a hat that feels good on the length of my skull, not necessarily the width, but this one fit great!! Not pulling or tight anywhere and adjustable to accommodate all different head shapes and sizes!! Will buy more in the future!!

The only thing I would change is I would ship that trucker cap with a flat bill. I have bought several of these cats from you and this is the first one that came as a curved bill and it’s not as pleasing to me as the flat bill is because I can shape it the way I want it. I also hope that you would get some more patterns and colors in the trucker cap. It is a most excellent product. I will buy again

Ordered the XXL do to sizing is never right. I have a size 8 fitted head size. Son of a buck fits a little loose. That’s ok with me for the fact that after a little sweating it should be just perfect. First time owning any hat that fits little loose. Light weight and comfy.

I have 4 hats from Oddjob and the Oddjob Runner is by far the best. I wear it almost every day. I have a 7 and 3/4 hat size but have never found a hat that fits nearly as well. (other odd job hats are a huge improvement, but this is even better with the adjustable buckle in the back). Glad to see they've recently come out with the white color, which I'll be buying. If they come out with more colors I'll likely buy those too.
