So I have a massive head. New era doesn’t make anything big enough for me, one size fits all has been a joke since I was high school, mammoth hardware just didn’t fit right on my head and didn’t have the depth I like in my hats. I seen an add for Oddjob and said let’s give it a go. When I tell you I won’t be buying hats anywhere else I mean it. Great quality, affordable, tons of options to pick from. 10/10 hands down the best hats for big heads.

I love this hat. I have been wearing it while exercising and it's very comfortable and very easy to hand wash after each use so it stays clean. I don't love the logo in yellow in the front but that's a personal preference. Overall the functionality of the hat outweighs the logo preference. Great, large hat for big heads like mine.

I'm a big guy and I have a big ol' fat head. I have never had a hat that really fits me. They never cover my head or slide down on my head to reach my ears. They usually look silly on me. This one is XXL and I actually had to tighten it a bit for a perfect fit. I'm happy I finally found a place that actually has a hat my size rather than "one size fits all" (They don't).

OUTSTANDING FIT!!! As someone with a taller head, I struggle to find hats that fit. I wear 7 5/8 for a traditional fit, and 7 3/4 for a flat bill. One size snapbacks rarely if ever fit. They ride far too high on the head. This hat in the XL size is truly an XL, It's sizing STARTS where one-size hats max out. These hats are truly oversize and fit as advertised!!! One of the best hats I’ve ever owned! It fits fantastically on my rather large head, no pinching, no falling off, it holds up against water pretty well. It’s nice and durable too, it retained its shape after being crushed at least twice, the only thing I’d say could be better is the sweat band, it did sweat stain a little after being worn out in the heat, but nothing terrible.
