I took off a star because one of the bulb sockets was faulty. Customer service emailed an instructional video on how to fix it. The overall look of the fixture is very pretty and looks more expensive than it is.

The metal is a brushed brass, not gold. The light is of good quality, easy to install, and works with my dimmable switch.

Looks great at night the way is casts shadows. Not sure if a 40 watt bulb is bright enough for the room.

The chandelier is great. It's not too fancy, and adjustable in height. Crystals are daisy flowers and very feminine and sparkly. The bowl shape fun.

I’m mostly happy with the light, which I used to replace a hideous fluorescent light from 1986. My only two issues were 1) I think a piece may have been missing for mounting, but otherwise it is lightweight and easy to install. 2) I haven’t successfully paired the remote yet… so each time I flip on the light I get a different color and brightness configuration. It’s a bit annoying, but also amusing!
