The packaging was fantastic and they sent an extra glass sphere and white gloves to mount the spheres - highly recommend using those gloves. Item arrived quickly and we are very happy!

It also looks really good, like a vintage piece, once it's turned on. The globes have the right frosting density to diffuse light to a comfortable glow, even at the highest dimming. Love it!

Extremely elegant and stylish. The craftsmanship of this chandelier is excellent and hard to believe it is made of string. I have a 14 plus foot ceiling and had to add chain to the included gold rod. This caused a chain/ring problem, and after much troubleshooting with Leila (excellent customer rep who helped tremendously), and her research team, we able to order the right piece for installation. I wouldn't hesitate ordering this chandelier for one second; you will be pleased.

I'm thrilled with this pendant!! I bought the large one and was a little unsure when I opened the box, it seemed HUGE! But our space is very open, with a 15' vaulted ceiling and it's just perfect! We put a large, amber bulb in so it gives off a lovely glow at night.
We had to purchase a 10 ft. cord and had our Electrician install it but for the price, still a fantastic bargain!
Fulfillment was fast and easy and the light was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Big fan!

Absolutely love the way it came out. It came packaged in 3 boxes but very light weight. I do wish the instructions on hanging the balls were a bit easier. You can doubt yourself a bit when hanging them due to the sequence of how many and size balls to put on each row. Overall I love it. It did take a while to hang due to the amount of balls, also putting clips on each ball. It’s very similar to hanging Christmas ornaments.

It doesn’t put off a ton of light in our dark room…but that was fine with the other lighting we have and the dark vibe of the space. But, just noting, if you want more light also get 60w bulbs.
