I wanted something with texture for our new powder room that was vintage and tropical, busy yet calm, muted and not too in-your-face but lively at the same time! This is a windowless room - so wallpaper was needed to give it some life! We wrapped the wallpaper around the 4 walls and painted Resene Blanched Pink on the tongue and groove, trims, skirts and inside of the door. I purchased a 100 year old character home which had some boldly painted feature walls throughout the house. Room by room I’m slowing making them over, starting with my lounge.
