Really nice fit! Soft cotton shirts I am 5’8” 170 average build. I was a large in the 100% cotton Medium in the 60% cotton

The sleeve openings run small on the traditional version of this shirt. As a female, I was surprised by this. It also had a weird smell out of the bag. I’ll likely cut the sleeves off. You may want to consider buying the oversized version
