So far just on first week of using it. Definately feel debloating and laxative effect. First day made my stomach hurt but I think it just takes time to get used to it. Taste and consistency is great.
Only thing I am really unimpressed about id the fact that this product ships from Hong Kong while it is a US website and billing is US as well. I would not have bought it if I knew it would be coming from HK.
