I ordered this for my wife's birthday and she loved it, even though it came 2 weeks after her birthday.

Like my bookstore ornament, was somewhat disappointed when it was received. It is not 3-D as the photo makes it appear. I do like how "real" the picture is on both sides, but had hoped it was a "puffy" police vest with the other gear. The photos are somewhat deceiving. I do like the personalization very much.

Product was fine shipping on the other hand was horrible it took forever and I actually had to go buy something else to give my friend for her birthday because it was so late arriving. Probably won't order again just because of the shipping time.

I received one as a gift and loved it so I ordered one for my sister in memory of our own sister who passed away.

I’m giving this pillow 4 stars because of the sizing. I ordered the 12x12 which actually measures 11x11..wish I would’ve ordered the 18x18 which I thought would be too big. It doesn’t come in 16x16 which would have been more appropriate. The pillow itself however is very nice, the letters are perfect and the colors are vibrant. Overall I am satisfied and recommend ordering the larger size.

Love how it came out and love the fact that it zips off the pillow for washing. Haven’t given it to this granddaughter yet. My other granddaughter loved it!

The item looked great , as expected, though the surface was shinier than expected. It needs to be mounted on something in order to be framed. item took longer than expected to be delivered, seller was excellent to work with and very responsive and communicating. made sure I was pleased with the product.
