I absolutely love my new machine! I had the 1 on 1 training and that was great for helping my understand my machine better and how to keep it clean and maintained. They also have YouTube videos that are extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this machine and company!

Came in a timely amount of time. Very well built and easy to use. Being a male I just have to have patience. I use each device 15 mbps each every other day starting to see some results.

It works really awesome just took forever to get to United States that was the big downfall so by the time you receive it try it than you read returns omg if you use it once you can’t return it an I’ll stick to Amazon

The machine is perfect size. I take it to my sister's and it's not to heavy so easy to transport. Also the instructions and videos on how to use were very helpful. I did watch some utube videos to. Very easy to use.

Love the product and all of the features. Everything works as expected, the only caveat is that there were no operating instructions of any kind. Everything is figuring out for yourself which is kind of odd.

Excellent product. The machine arrived in a nice wheeled storage trunk, very well packed. It is super easy to use. If you use the Auto mode, you just need the choose the muscles you want to exercise, the type of exercise and the intensity, and you’re ready to go. But you also have the option to manually adjust the exercises for more experienced users. And it is Strong! For most muscles I get a good workout with less than 85% intensity. Definitely would recommend.

Works great. Follow the instructions and give it time. I saw results after the first use. I have lost about 10 lbs in a month mostly from this machine. Talk to the reps and they can explain what's best for you.

Excellent for lifting, pigmentation and sun damage. The 10 filters and different changeable heads make this by far the best IPL machine I’ve tried, and I’m practicing 17 years already!

When received it had some shipping damage, after communicating with the company, they finally resolved the issue and sent a replacement. Product seems to meet our expectations. A suggestion would be to be sure to follow the unpackaging video recommendations.

Seriously a game changer! Don't hesitate to buy because you aren't sure of the results you'll get. Trust me, if you follow through with using this machine, you will see results. I lost 1 1/2" the first time using on my stomach. It's very effective with these added steps: 1. Don't eat 2 hours before using the machine 2. Don't have coffee/alcohol the day you use it. 3. Exercise for 1/2 hour right after using it. Drink lots of water!!!

I purchased the 9 in 1 cavitation machine and saw results after the first few treatments. I've been using it for 6 weeks now and am halfway to my goal. The first machine had the vacuum pump go out and the company sent me a new machine. So far it is working great, but I've only done a couple treatments.
