I sat through 3 days back to back 7-8hrs a day and honestly barely felt anything, 2/10 pain if I had to say, some moments and spots where the cream wasn’t working, but sat through this with no issues def would suggest the cream 8/10, and the spray I wouldn’t suggest during the session, I got sprayed and it burned and stung like hell! Cream good spray no.

Decided to try painless tattoo on the beginning of this snake. I literally felt nothing for the entire first hour…like I was totally numb I couldn’t believe it. By the second hour I was feeling it a bit but still really nothing compared to other tattoos I’ve had especially ones where I haven’t used anything. When I saw the active ingredient just being lidocaine 4% I was a bit skeptical but trust this is the real deal, best I've used so far.

This stuff was amazing. I normally sit well for tattoos but I knew I was gonna going over my elbow and wanted to give this cream a try. I got the PT cream and PT spray and they both are so good. I didn’t even know when my artist started the tattoo!

I probably should’ve applied it equally because I felt the needle in some places and I think reapplying would help too if you’re having a longer session because it will eventually wear off. But overall it most definitely works!!

I put mine on about 45min prior to tat. Used wrap to keep in warm. Its good for about 2 to 3 hours then after that your feeling it. UK has 12 percent but not allowed in usa so this is the best here.. Will be trying my entire back in sections with cream on the spine.

I was afraid of my hand. I had been told it was rather painful. I used painless tattoo and honestly didn't feel a thing. My tattoo artist was also impressed. He said it didn't change skin texture at all.

I did not get to use the spray but the cream absolutely did what it was supposed to do. My session was 4 hours long and I applied the cream an hour prior to my appointment. It lasted the entire time. There was a couple spots that I felt a little. But mostly was pain free the entire session. I even shut my eyes and just relaxed. The tattoo butter is good as well and smells nice.

This is the second time using this I used it on my elbow and now on my chest and throat/neck. This was a long session and I wouldn’t have made it without the numbing cream. The spray takes the edge off the burning but it didn’t numb me really. I do suggest applying the cream 90 minutes before starting tattoo when I did my elbow I didn’t wait that long so wasn’t as numb. I love this stuff I will never suffer even if it makes me look wussy lol.

Getting my stomach tattooed and I have been dreading it. Thankfully the numbing cream is amazing. I didn’t feel a thing for the first couple hours, even when it started to wear off it was more tolerable than usual. When it started to get really bad, the spray was a huge help and allowed me to sit for a couple more hours. The cream and the spray are miraculous. 10/10 would recommend.

Artist had me apply the cream an hour before. I put wrap over it and had the heat blowing towards my arm on the way to the shop. When we took the wrap off my arm was a little red which the artist said she hadn’t seen before but the outline went perfectly fine I didn’t feel a thing. I have quite a bit of experience with being tattooed. I used Painless tattoo cream during my last session and actually fell asleep while having my shin and back of calf worked on . The numbing cream has worked for numerous of my long sessions that have included 5-7 hrs of tattooing at a time. I recommend it however always ask your artist if they're cool with it. Using it for my back piece now.

I put it on at 1200hrs tattoo didnt start till almost after 1400hrs and went on till about 1930 hrs I didnt start to feel the tattoo pain till about 1700hrs.. about 2/3s of the tattoo was finished by then .... amazing product.. and i only used 1 package on my entire neck area.. and I really felt it at was my chest.. we're i didnt know I was going to get tattooed on..

I love the fact that it numbs me but I do see the difference in the packets. When I first tryed your product you guys sent me the tube it last forever thru the whole tattoo session I use the packet and it didn't last as long as the tube did. I would like if you guys could give a choice of buying the tube of numbing I would rather buy those. Other then that I love the product

I put the cream on for about an hour and something minutes before we started. Once we started I didn’t feel a thing at all and sat like a baby. But about 3 hours or so into the session I started feeling the pain again so we took a break and added some more and we finished the entire piece in one session. I’m pretty heavily tattooed, and my guy has a gnarly talented heavy hand. Bold will hold. I got this cream to get my back blasted, and it’s made it a lot more tolerable than without it. Highly recommend this product, I will be purchasing more for the duration of this back tattoo and any other sensitive spots.

It is a great numbing cream! Recommend to put on an hour and a half before your tattoo session. It will ware off once every spot has been punctured with ink, but you still wont feel a thing for the first 2-3 hours if used correctly!
