I really just couldn’t believe it. I felt all 6 of my tattoos until my guy told me about painless tattoo. Not gonna lie, I thought it was BS but after applying it, wrapping it and waiting an hour. I was completely numb, not only for my 3.5 hour tat, but for the rest of the night. Definitely recommend, 10 out of 10!

The cream worked great for about 3 1/2 hours didn't feel anything .. when the cream started wearing off I sprayed for the rest of the tattoo .. my tattoo took about 7 hours and I never felt it.. I recommend this to anyone !

Used it for this back in 2020 and it was amazing I didn’t feel a thing I’m so pleased with it that I tried to use it for my new hand tatt on the other hand but it was 3 almost 4 years old and it was brown cream instead of whit it didn’t work at all but it did when I first got it that’s why I bought it again for when I go back for color on this new one I got!!

Love the aftercare butter. I was using A&D but this works way better. It moisturizers better and doesn't just sit on top of the skin. I also don't get those bumps like I do when I used aquaphor and A&D! Will order again!

Got all of my chest and leg tattoos using this stuff and barely felt a thing. Some spots got a little spicy with shading, but it’s 1,000% better than raw dogging it. Haven’t had any issues with fading or healing either; they look the same as all of my others. Hoping they bring back their triple formula, it’s currently just lidocaine, but still does the job well enough.

When a client wants to use numbing cream, Painless is the only brand I use! Client is usually numb 4-6 hours, doesn’t feel anything and allows them to sit like a rock through the most painful spots. Painless doesn’t affect the skin during the tattoo process in anyway and does not affect the healing of the tattoo. I highly recommend it! @ricocejatattoo

I bought three tubes to finish my arm. I received them very quickly. This cream worked better than I thought it was going to. Only thing I had an issue with was that two of the three tubes had holes in them and the cream went bad or something and it was like chunky. Other than that I loved the cream and how well it worked

I had 2 sessions on this large leg piece, the first 2 sessions were much different from the 3rd. Sessions 1&2 had the nerves in my leg jumping and after about 1.5 hrs we ended the sessions. The 3rd session I got the cream, applied and wrapped the leg in advance. What a 180 degree difference. I went 2.5 hrs and no jumping or nerve sensitivity. I will use this every time I get a large piece from now on.

Followed the directions, used about a quarter of the tube and left it on for 45 minutes wrapped. Went through a 5 hour tattoo session and didn’t feel a thing. This is by far the best numbing cream I have found (and I’ve tried multiple brands) hands down the absolute best you can buy! Going to be ordering more but in bulk for sure! 20/10 would recommend!

This product works very well. I have had the best experience with it applying it 2 hours before my session and then wrapping the area in Saran Wrap. Once I get to my appointment, I unwrap it and wash off the residue.

I don’t generally use numbing cream but have used it before when it’s an area I know is likely to swell. It gives my artist extra time to work. It did not last the entire tattoo (about 6 hours) but definitely kept the swelling down enough for her to do both linework and color.

I live in Italy so the goods took almost two weeks to arrive: the cream is an excellent product but nothing different compared to others on the market. The spray instead it is a game changer.
